Why Proof Positivity?

I am a former City Year corps member. I believe in making a difference that is what is at the root of Proof Positivity. I attended college for a short time where I studied broadcast journalism. My goal was to create a television news show based on community service, good deeds, and positive news. The media plays on the “If it bleeds, it leads” factor far too much for me and I feel that it leads to social irresponsibility. I would much rather make the average person, who does good, famous.
